They run their own new fully equipped personal training gym and nutrition service in Eridge Green, and are based just ten minutes from Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough. Aimee is amongst the most highly qualified and experienced personal trainers in the UK. She has highly sought credentials from top UK universities, further certification from the Australian Performance Training Institute and has worldwide experience of training over one hundred clients across three continents. Mase is a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer. He is a former professional rugby player, having played for the Wellington Lions, NPC and played internationally for New Zealand and Samoa. In addition to sport specific training, Mase specialises in developing training and nutrition programmes specifically targeting fat loss and muscle gain.
